About us, a leading fintech company specializing in innovative invoicing and financial risk management solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring they are maximizing the value from our product suite.

About the role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business objectives and realize the full potential of our platform. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    Your primary responsibilities will be to:
    1. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    2. Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to provide effective solutions to customer needs.
    3. Onboarding new customers and providing training to ensure they are fully utilizing our platform.
    4. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our existing customer base.
    5. Proactively identifying potential issues and working with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
    6. Regularly checking in with customers and conducting business reviews to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
    7. Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
    Who we are looking for:
    1. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
    2. You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager in the fintech industry.
    3. You have a customer-oriented mindset with a proven ability to resolve issues and build customer relationships.
    4. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. You have a strong understanding of financial products and are comfortable discussing and demonstrating them to customers.
    6. You are highly organized and can manage multiple accounts effectively.
    7. You are a team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
